The Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) 2025 is scheduled for February 27, 2025. The application process commenced on December 16, 2024, and concluded on January 15, 2025. The REET 2025 examination aims to fill approximately 44,000 vacancies for Grade III teachers across Level 1 (Primary: Classes 1 to 5) and Level 2 (Upper Primary: Classes 6 to 8).

Eligibility Criteria:

Level 1 (Primary Teacher): Candidates should have completed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and possess a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor's degree and a 2-year D.El.Ed are also eligible.

Level 2 (Upper Primary Teacher): Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks and a 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). Those with a 4-year B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed or a 1-year B.Ed (Special Education) are also eligible.

Exam Pattern:

Level 1 Exam: Consists of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) covering Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies. The total duration is 2.5 hours.

Level 2 Exam: Comprises 150 MCQs focusing on Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, and either Mathematics & Science or Social Studies/Social Science, depending on the candidate's chosen subject. The exam duration is 2.5 hours.
